CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) Policy
1. Zero Tolerance
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of minors. Any user found creating, sharing, or engaging with CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. Age Verification
Users must be 18 years or older to use this app. Date of Birth (DOB) is required during signup, and email verification must be completed to activate an account. Any falsified information may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Detection and Reporting
We actively monitor for, and respond to, any suspected CSAM content using automated tools and manual review. Confirmed violations are immediately removed, and reports are sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities.
4. User Responsibility
Users must not upload, post, share, or request any material that depicts or implies sexual activity involving minors. Users who encounter such content are required to report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving CSAM, providing necessary data as required by law to support the identification and prosecution of offenders.
6. Account Termination
Accounts involved in CSAM-related activities will be terminated without notice, and associated data may be retained or shared with authorities for investigation.
